Artwork Submission Guidelines

To ensure the best print quality, please follow these submission requirements:

• Accepted File Formats: PDF
• Resolution: 300 DPI
• Size: Submit artwork at the exact size you want it printed – we cannot resize your image.

  (NOTE: Any letter smaller than 3mm in height or width has very little surface area to adhere too and causes problems. A quick solution to this is to make the text bigger or put a black background for black shirts and white background for white shirts behind the small text and then this will be a solid print and peeling the film will create less issues.)

• Colour Mode: Save files in CMYK (RGB and spot colours will be converted)

• Background Removal: If you don’t want the background printed, remove it before submitting

• Mirroring: Do not flip or mirror your image before submission
• Maximum Print Width: 590mm (if setting up your own sheet)
• File Transfer: please upload via WeTransfer

Heat press Instructions

These are guidelines, we don’t know what heat press and fabric you are using, so be sure to test.

• 180 degrees.
• Let heat press get to temp.
• Place garment on bed, cover with teflon sheet so rubber surface and garment all covered.
• Press for 10 sec.
• Remove teflon and place film so you can read it and rough surface on bottom.
• Place teflon sheet over again as per above.
• Make sure heat press is at temp.
• Press for 20 seconds.
• Remove teflon and remove garment to cool down. More than two minutes and must be cold.
• Remove film.
• Place garment again on bed, teflon sheet over as above and press for 3 -5 seconds.

Important Printing Notes

⚠️ No Returns or Exchanges – All prints are custom-made to order
⚠️ We Are Not Responsible for Colour Accuracy – Check your Pantone colors and RGB settings before submitting
⚠️ Fine Details May Not Print Well – Words under 1mm or thin lines may not transfer properly
⚠️ Avoid Transparency & Shadows – Drop shadows, gradients, and transparency effects do not work for DTF printing

💡 For best results, ensure all artwork is high-resolution with clean edges. Pixelated images will not print well.
